Britannia Cove at Oyster Point, South San Francisco

Britannia Cove at Oyster Point is a biotech campus located in South San Francisco on the San Francisco Bay. The grading approach to the project had to ensure that the site was elevated out of the 100-year floodplain as well as the projected tsunami inundation area. The onsite improvements required the relocation of an existing 48-inch public storm drain system. Offsite improvements for this project included signalization of intersections and expansion of a private roadway.
