Wilsey Ham was established in 1942 to provide professional civil engineering, land surveying and planning services to public agencies and private property clients in the San Francisco Bay Area. The firm has built a solid reputation in the industry by achievements in all phases of civil engineering, land surveying, and planning by maintaining a knowledgeable and experienced staff of licensed professionals and providing quality engineering services to meet the objectives and needs of our clients.

Jeff Peterson, P.E.
President
Jeff Peterson first joined Wilsey Ham in 1986 as a Project Engineer, designing freeway interchanges and street reconstruction projects. He has over 38 years of engineering and management experience as a licensed civil engineer in California and Alaska. Between 1992 and 1999, Mr. Peterson served in the public sector as a City Engineer, Public Works Director and City Manager for the Town of Los Altos Hills, CA. He returned to the firm in 1999 and has been the President of Wilsey Ham since 2000. Mr. Peterson received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering at the University of New Mexico, Albuquerque, NM, and did post-graduate studies at the University of Alaska, Anchorage, AK.
Jeffrey Wong
Chief Financial Officer
Jeff Wong joined Wilsey Ham in 2005 and oversees the company’s finance and administrative operations. This includes financial analysis, budgets, tax planning, treasury, risk management, human resources and IT administration. Prior to Wilsey Ham, Mr. Wong was Principal of Capital Accounting Solutions and has held other financial management positions for various media and software companies. Mr. Wong received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting at San Francisco State University.
